Orleans Pepper Rub

Yields 2 teaspoons, ideal for 1 1/2 to 3 pounds Certified Angus Beef® brand product


  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


  1. Combine all ingredients and rub into selected Certified Angus Beef® brand cut just before grilling or cooking.
