Share your great taste!
Give your favorite steak or roast a bright summer flavor burst with this easy fresh herb marinade made with white wine. Marinate overnight for the best depth of flavor.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup white wine
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary (or 1 teaspoon dried, hand-crushed)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage (or 1 teaspoon dried)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme (or 1 teaspoon dried)
1 tablespoon Kosher salt
1 tablespoon minced shallots
1 tablespoon Lea & Perrins
®
Worcestershire Sauce
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients. Place marinade and selected

brand cut in a zipper-locking, plastic bag. Squeeze air out of bag and seal. Refrigerate beef cut for up to 8 hours to fully develop both flavor and tenderness. Grill or broil to desired doneness.
