Korean Beef Marinade

Yields 1 3/4 cups, ideal for 3 to 3 1/2 pounds Certified Angus Beef® brand product

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons mirin (rice wine)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/3 cup sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted

Instructions:

  1. Whisk together all ingredients and pour over selected Certified Angus Beef ® brand cut in a zipper-locking plastic bag. Close bag, removing air. Marinate in refrigerator 6 to 8 hours or overnight. Grill or broil selected cut to desired doneness.
