Roast Beef Artichoke Appetizer

Yields 2 dozen


  • 1/2 pound Certified Angus Beef ® deli roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • French baguette, cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and sliced
  • 1 roasted red pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary


  1. Mix together sour cream and horseradish.
  2. Spread one teaspoon of sour cream mixture onto baguette slice.
  3. Top with roast beef slice, artichoke slice and red pepper strip. Garnish with rosemary.
