Bill Davis and his wife, Jennifer, own and manage Rollin' Rock Angus Ranch, near the Yellowstone River in eastern Montana. Family and cattle are all Bill’s ever known. His parents, Dale and Betty, started Rollin’ Rock in 1956.
“I wasn’t very old at the time but I’ve been infatuated with cattle ever since,” Davis says. “I knew all the cows by their numbers and their pedigrees. Dad always said I knew them better than he did.”
Davis says the Certified Angus Beef ® brand’s success wouldn’t be possible without dedicated people and a quality product to promote.
“I get up in the morning and love what I’m doing,” Davis says. “When I first got in the Angus business, I absolutely loved it and craved it. Today, I still absolutely love it and crave it. The only difference is, I’m at an age now where I probably can’t do anything else.”
