Tip: Utilize these same steps for stir-frying; only use a Wok instead of a sauté pan.
Preheat sauté pan over medium-high heat.
Slice desired

cut very thin so that it will cook very fast.
Season beef with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Add thin layer of oil to preheated sauté pan until hot.
When the oil begins to smoke, add seasoned beef.
Agitate and stir beef constantly for 2-3 minutes until beef reaches desired doneness.
Serve.
